We are pleased that you have chosen Expanding Minds for your child. Our home-based facility provides exciting developmental appropriate learning activities for your child from 6 weeks old through 6 years old. With the school closings due to COVID-19, we are also offering distant learning assistance for children from 7 years old to 11 years old. Our staff receives a minimum of 8 training hours a year and are CPR, First Aid, and SIDS certified. 

 

Ms. Shanice works with our mixed-age group and has been assisting with the developmental growth in children for the last 5 years. We welcomed Shanice into our Expanding Minds family in February of 2020 and she has been a blessing for us all. 

 

Ms. London will be assisting our distant/virtual learning classes ages 7 years old to 11 years old. Ms. London has been one of our facility substitutes since 2017 and comes with a wealth of knowledge in technology which will be a great asset for Expanding Minds and our distant learning children. 

 

I, Aunt Paulette/Owner, will be assisting with the day to day managing of the facility. I will also monitor staff to ensure that social distancing practices are being followed according to CDC guidelines. I will assist my teachers in both rooms splitting my time between the two: seeing each child gets the necessary materials needed for both developmental and cognitive growth.
